Job requirements:

In charge of BTL Client projects in the agency:
Full client service for the Clients: healthy relations, day-to-day communication, Client briefs processing, proposal presentation, reports provision, financial process organization and control;
Effective planning, coordination and control over BTL projects;
Coordination of BTL suppliers/promo agencies implementing the tasks, incl. briefing, pitches organization, proposals discussion, estimates analysis, handling process, reporting and finance.
Handling relevant meetings with the Client and coordination of Agency team
Briefs to creative team and to production
Production of cost estimates in accordance with Client request, follow up of invoice requests and payments         

Qualification requirements:   

Good knowledge and experience in BTL technologies (not less than 1,5 years working in btl/advertising agency)
Good experience with multinational Clients is a plus.
Previous experience in Client service team as account manager
